Business Development Manager
I was Assistant General Manager at a 150 room hotel at Cascades Inn in Branson, MO after working my way from housekeeping, bell hop, maintenance, and front desk. I eventually wanted a shot at a bigger city and moved on to Guest Services Manager at a 459 room hotel at Wyndham Chicago. Then, chased my girlfriend (now wife) to Dallas, TX where I took the position of Front Office Manager at Fairmont Dallas. Needless to say, I lived and breathed the hotel industry prior to REDLEE. And when I say lived, I did actually live in a hotel for 8 years.
I started as an Operations Manager in Dallas, TX in 2005. One week after my first daughter was born I relocated to Nashville, TN in 2006. This placed us closer to my wife’s family, which was nice since we had a newborn. I was managing both Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY branches. One week after my second daughter was born I relocated to Indianapolis, IN as District Manager in 2009. This put us even closer to my wife’s family. I am now a Business Development Manager focusing on REDLEE’s growth and maintaining partnerships with our customers. We haven’t had anymore kids, so we are still in Indy.

REDLEE has always taken good care of myself and my family. They have created a fun and professional atmosphere. One thing that meant a lot to me is when I relocated to Indy. My wife was at home by herself with a newborn and a 2 year old in Nashville while I was transitioning into the Indy market. During this stressful time REDLEE was flexible to our needs and was there for us. At the awards banquet at the end of the year they took the time to recognize my wife and thanked her for her support. This was near and dear to my heart.
Two extremes: Either be a race car driver or do paddle board and kayak tours on the ocean somewhere, while operating my own craft beer tiki hut on the beach. Probably both as I like to stay busy.
