Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining REDLEE/SCS, I spent 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. My last position was Vice President with Transwestern in Dallas, Texas. During my tenure at Transwestern, I achieved LEED Platinum (1.2 million square foot asset) and LEED Silver (200K square foot asset) certifications for two buildings within my portfolio. In 2006, I was awarded Transwestern’s highest honor, The Founder’s Award. In January 2005, I received the Legendary Service award. Prior to joining Transwestern, I spent five years with Jones Lang LaSalle as a General Manager, receiving the 1998 and 1999 Jones Lang LaSalle Management Excellence Award. I also held key management positions for LaSalle Partners, Harris Methodist, Prentiss Properties, and Cadillac Fairview.
I currently serve as President, Western Division, with overall management responsibility for the western United States, including our operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Utah, and all surrounding states. I am accountable for approximately 44% of current company revenues. I previously served as a Regional Vice President in our Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
