Regional Vice President
Before starting with REDLEE in 2000, I worked for Target as a Hardlines Executive. This included oversight of all the non-clothing areas within the store. As some may or may not know, before that I was a ballroom dance instructor at Arthur Murray.
Upon beginning my career with REDLEE/SCS, I was hired as an operations manager at 3 First Union in Charlotte. It was a brand new, 32-story tower managed by Childress Klein Properties. After only three months, we achieved the first ever bonus and have consistently done so throughout the CKP portfolio for over 13 years. In 2002, I was promoted to a District Manager over all the CKP portfolio, then in 2005, I was promoted to the Regional Operations Manager over all of Charlotte, Columbia and Atlanta. During this time, I also became a regional trainer to assist in management training throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This included CMI training, safety training and other various items.
In March 2008, my family and I transferred to Dallas to be the Regional Operations Manager over the Dallas region. Then in December 2009, I was promoted to Regional Vice President over the Western Region, which encompassed markets from Salt Lake City eastward to Indianapolis and as far south as Corpus Christi. Lastly, I was pulled back to oversee the Dallas/Fort Worth Market as the Regional Vice President over the area.

I enjoy working with the managers within the organization as well as meeting new people in the marketplace. There is a satisfaction when you walk into a building we service and you see how clean it is.
